these terms before placing a trade order on our website.
The following terms and conditions apply to trade customers in the UK only.
Retail customers will be
bound by the terms & conditions of our music distribution company,
dotdismus.com.
If you are an overseas trade customer, then we would
welcome you to contact us to discuss your specific trade requirements with
us.
Order Confirmation Immediately
after you have submitted your trade order, an Order Confirmation e-mail will
be sent to the e-mail address you supplied with your order.
Please check your Order Confirmation e-mail and contact us immediately if
any of your order details are incorrect, quoting your order confirmation
number (found on the confirmation e-mail). Payment
Terms An invoice will normally be sent with your order.
Payment terms are a strict 30 days from the date of your invoice.
Payment methods are detailed on your invoice. For any query regarding
payment of your invoice (for example, payment by debit or credit card),
please contact us on 01844 347414. All goods remain the
property of Writers of Note! Ltd until fully paid for.
Returns and Errors All items are sold on a firm sale
basis and are not returnable except for those damaged in transit or supplied
by us in error. When returning goods to us, please
contact us immediately on 01844 347414 for a returns authorisation.
Please note that claims are normally only accepted within 30 days from the
date of your invoice.
