Placing an order online is a very simple process. Next to each item you
will see a quantity field and a "Dealer Buy" button. Just select the correct
quantity you require and click the "Dealer Buy" button. This will take you to the
shopping basket where you will see your item and specified quantity have
been added to the basket.
To return to the site and continue
shopping, just click the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of the
shopping basket page.
To return to the shopping basket at any
time in order to check, modify or delete items,
just click the "dealer account order" link under the "view
basket/checkout" section at the top left hand side of
each page.
Completing your Order
When you are ready to complete your order, click the "dealer account
order" link under the "view basket/checkout" section at the top
left hand side of
the page.
Your order will be displayed complete with product
descriptions, quantities, prices and the net order total in UK Pounds Sterling.
Please note: Your dealer discount and shipping charges (if
applicable) will be applied to your order as per your usual agreed trade
terms when we receive and process your order.
When you have checked the details in your order, click the "Go To Payments" button.
You will now be prompted for your name, company name and address details. If you think that you may be ordering from us again in the future, you can store these details by way of a cookie on your PC, by checking the "Store your details for future purchases" box and any subsequent orders will automatically fill in your details for you.
Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the next screen.
Our standard dealer payment option is "Invoice with Goods: Terms 30
Days". For other payment options (for example, payment by debit or
credit card), please contact us.
Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the next screen.
You will now be prompted for your Dealer Account Number (which you
should have received from us when you opened your account or this number
can be found on any of our previous invoices sent to you).
Please note: Failure to supply your dealer account number may result
in a delay with your order being despatched.
Clicking the "Continue" button once more will confirm and place your order. A confirmation e-mail will then be sent to the e-mail address you supplied, along with your order details.

Alternatively, you can order by post or fax by printing and
completing a dealer order form from our website.
